“Our stay at Hotel Etoile was nothing short of wonderful. It may officially be a 3‑star hotel, but the people working here offer the kind of hospitality you would expect from a luxury resort. This place has something rare, a warmth that stays with you long after you leave.From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the receptionist (I sadly forgot his name, as I’m terrible with names) but I will never forget his kindness. He greeted us with such sincerity, friendliness, and genuine care that we instantly felt welcomed. He took the time to explain everything, gave us a detailed map with the best places to visit in Rimini. He even offered us 10% discount coupons for several partner restaurants, which was incredibly helpful.The hotel also has a partnership with a nearby beach, and for only 20 euros we enjoyed a full day with an umbrella and two sunbeds, a great deal for Rimini.Our room was spotless, bright, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were perfect after long days of exploring, and everything was clean, fresh, and well cared for.Breakfast was another highlight. There were delicious sweet and savory options, and for the savory dishes, they prepare everything fresh on the spot, exactly how you want it. We stayed only three nights, and honestly, I wish we had stayed longer. This was one of the best experiences we’ve had in Italy so far. The people here are, without exaggeration, the kindest people in all of Italy. They made us feel welcomed, appreciated, and truly cared for.I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Etoile.
